Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, we offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • Item received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Item was not received within the estimated delivery window (and confirmed lost by courier)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for the refund.

Provide clear photos of the product showing the damage or defect.

Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Products that have been opened and used (unless defective)
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Personal scent preference disagreements

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for wrong or damaged items. The replacement will be shipped once we receive and verify the returned item. Shipping costs for exchanges due to our error will be covered by JS Fragrance.
