JS Fragrance currently ships within the Philippines only. We deliver to all provinces and regions nationwide.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment verification. You will be notified once your order has been shipped.

Packaging
All fragrances are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Each bottle is individually wrapped and secured with protective materials. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos.
Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping fees may apply. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout.
