1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the JS Fragrance website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Products & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Philippine Peso (PHP) and may be updated without prior notice. JS Fragrance reserves the right to limit quantities, correct pricing errors, and cancel orders if necessary.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only after payment verification. We accept payments via GCash, GoTyme, PayMaya, and Security Bank transfer. Proof of payment must be uploaded during checkout. Orders with unverified payments may be cancelled after 48 hours.
4. Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation before the order status changes to "Preparing." Once an order is being prepared or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including logos, product names, images, and text is the property of JS Fragrance and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
JS Fragrance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
